Phoenix Home Medical Supply opened in December 2023 at 6798 Watts Rd in Madison, Wisconsin. We help people find the home medical equipment they need to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What We Carry

Power chairs, mobility scooters, walkers and rollators, wheelchairs and transport chairs, lift chairs, hospital beds, patient lifts, CPAP machines, bathroom aids, braces and supports, and incontinence supplies.

Come see our equipment in person at our Madison showroom. Our team will help you find the right fit. You can also shop online and pick up in store for free.

Delivery and Setup

We deliver and set up equipment in the Madison area and beyond, with same-day delivery available. Delivery and setup rates: $100 within the Madison area (25-mile radius); $150 up to 50 miles; $150 plus $2.50 per mile for anything past 50 miles.

Payment

We currently do not accept insurance or Medicare. All purchases are paid directly by the customer.
