Phoenix Home Medical Supply LLC is located at 6798 Watts Rd, Madison, WI 53719. You can pick up your order in store, have it delivered locally, or have it shipped.

Free Shipping on Mobility Aids

We offer FREE standard shipping within the contiguous United States on all walkers, rollators, transport chairs, and wheelchairs.

Shipping on Other Items

All other items we ship, such as bathroom safety equipment, canes, crutches, mattresses, accessories, and batteries, ship with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping rates for these items are calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery Only Items

Some large equipment can't be shipped and is available only through local delivery or in-store pickup. This includes lift chairs, hospital beds and bed parts, patient lifts, all mobility scooters, and all power chairs.

Local Delivery and Setup

We deliver and set up equipment in the Madison area and beyond, with same-day delivery available. Delivery and setup rates from our Madison showroom: $100 within the Madison area (25-mile radius); $150 up to 50 miles; $150 plus $2.50 per mile for anything past 50 miles.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup is free. If the item is in stock, your order is usually ready the same day. Stock can change quickly, so we recommend calling us at (608) 400-5219 before you come in to confirm we have your item.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an order update from Shopify with your tracking information.
